Bomb by Bomb, Japan Sheds Military Restraints

Recently, Japan practiced dropping 500 pound live bombs on Farallon de Medinilla, a small island 150 miles north from the US. This is a huge step for Japan seeing as Japan's military is still restricted by its Constitution. The only reason Japan even has a military is for defense, and many consider dropping bombs is far to offensive.
