North Korea Open to Nuclear Talks

In April, North Korea pulled out of talks regarding their nuclear weapons program, when the UN condemned their weapons program. But today after a visit from China's Premier of the State of Council, Wen Jiabao, North Korea has indicated that it is willing to resume talk with the U.S. and six-party talks over its nuclear program. North Korea is reportedly on the verge of weaponizing plutonium for what can be assumed is a nuclear bomb, and they are also working on a weapons-grade, enriched uranium.
